I am going to send this email to 'Infectious music UK' which is temper traps British record label. I will have to gain copyright permission otherwise there could be problems with copyright and plagiarism laws. It is important to gain permission because if you use a copyrighted work without the appropriate permission, you may be violating (usually called "infringing") the owner's rights to that work. Infringing someone else's copyright may subject you to legal action, including being forced to stop using the work or paying financial damages.
